For the last 4 yrs I've had surgeries back to back. Hub City Crossfit has played a large part in my recovery. Each year after a surgery, the coaches and members of my Legends class have been there to encourage, support, and motivate me to continue my recovery by continuing to achieve daily balance, mobility, and strength.
