The owners at Hub City Batteries are truly committed to the work they do and their community. I made a Sunday afternoon trip to Home Depot and was on my way home when I found myself with a dead battery. After calling my wife to help me get a jump I bumped into Sal who helped me get jumped and offered to meet me at his swap to help me get a new battery. I can’t thank them enough.
Excellent customer service! My husband arrived with our golf cart right around closing time. He planned to leave it overnight and make another trip from Levelland the next day to pick it up. Instead, the staff stayed after hours to install the new batteries so he could take it home that evening. They truly went above and beyond to save us an extra trip. We really appreciate their kindness and outstanding service. Highly recommend And, they even have a mobile service!
