It's nice not to eat in a chain restaurant for a change. Been around since 1903. Real Southern cookin' Dixie style.
This restaurant has an excellent selection of food...many of them that I've never seen like them anywhere else. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is great and the prices are OUTSTANDING! And while you're there, get your picture by the sign to show to your friends who are fans of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil." They'll know exactly where you are.
We ate here one day while playing tourists downtown. It was GREAT! The food was outstanding, the service was both professional and down-home, and the atmosphere did not scream tourist trap. Great food, VERY reasonable prices, and a great establishment for Savannah!
