The driver was awesome, the car was clean, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be using them again in the future when the need arises.
Horrible customer service by the owner no less - clearly they have not read about Nordstrom customer service.
Was quoted a 20 minute wait time, an hour passes, I called back and was told that she showed up waited hunterhorn and a bunch of other stuff which none of that are hard I'm sitting right by my door the entire f****** time and then she proceeded to tell me yeah call someone else birch I am NEVER calling this taxi again
Was at WinCo today 8/3/17 called hub cab and was told that the wait would be half hour to 45 mins I said ok. But the cab did not show up for almost 2 hours. Then when the cab did show up the driver would not pull over so we could load our stuff safely. He just sat in the middle of the WinCo parking lot. Then when we get home the driver could see we were unloading our stuff but he did not want to Waite and backed up and ran over our food which runied $50 worth of our food that was supposed to last us all month but now it won'... read more
Only gave it one star so I could right a review. LEFT ME IN THE RAIN AT 5:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING! Said they would arrive in 20 to 25 minutes to take me to my car so I could drive back to Salem. Waited an hour in the rain and called them back. Then I was told by a different driver this person just went home. Thanks hub cap maybe just say no next time??
