I have enjoyed living at the Hub in a studio apartment for two years now and overall it’s been a good experience. The apartment itself is pretty average but meets the needs to a student who is on a budget. The rent is very fair, especially for what you get, and you will not find a better deal in this price range. It is very convenient being so close to Wideners campus and has great parking. I came with my niece to look at an apartment near Widner. They didn't even show up for our tour. We checked out the campus and it seemed like a dangerous neighborhood.
These people are the worst! They never get back to you with your inquiries. I tried here back in 2022. I'm still waiting to hear back. Ive contacted the office at least three times since January 2025 with NO response at all.. I'm done l. These reviews don't read that well anyway......
It’s a mixed-bag place to live. I go to Widener and it’s convenient to be close to campus. When trying to apply for an apartment, I never heard back by just cold calling. I had to get in contact with someone that I already knew was moving out so I could take over their lease. You can easily pay for your rent through an online portal and you can set up auto-pay if you wish. Now, the atmosphere. You can tell this building was made recently because the ceilings are Thin.
