I had a boiler installed in Dec 2025. I was unable to restart it yesterday given it's gotten a bit cooler. I text Dale late afternoon and he replied straight away. I expected the next day. He talked me through the process. Made some calls got back to me and it is now working. A+ Customer service. Thanks Dale. This company is excellent.

After Hub-Air did an excellent job replacing my hydronic heater boiler, they have installed ducted AC for me. One time, on budget and just really nice people to have in the house. Highly recommend.
We had a very positive experience with Dale and his team from Hub-Air. Installation was bang on time, and Zac and Matt were extremely tidy, ensuring the house was up to my wife’s OCD standards each day ;) Not only that, Nelly (our Staffy cross) gave them the stamp of approval, and couldn’t wait to see them each day, so no problems with pets either, which is always a good sign !
