Service could be better. Too many interruptions & not speaking English whilst I was trying to consult & gain information. The assistant had to refer to the "owner" often & not in ENGLISH (very rude & ignorant) I wasn't confident of having a tech service provided because of all the interruptions & the constant referral to another & a foreign language always in use. In fact, that IS discriminatory.
舊血壓計手錶用了幾年，量不到血壓，因不小心常入水，去華為門市部換一部新的。 買了手錶後，有位中年男店員，名叫小周，看見我是老人家，麻麻烦煩的，故自動替我把舊錶資料轉來新錶處，也麻煩他很長時間。 在等候期間，又有位長者進來找他問手機的問題，他也不厭其煩地替他服務。 覺得此店員服務態度很好。 我下次買手機時，必定找他。
