I did not come over to this law firm for immigration matters but for a judgement and collection. I have found the communication with the staffs to be extremely confusing and difficult because two many hands are in my case and the communications from each of them are not on the same page. I do not need anyone who can speak Chinese at all. Andrew Wu’s communication and word choice is unprofessional such as “the lien does not stick” when he should say “a lien cannot be put onto”. Mrs Huang showed a detailed work, straight forward and single handedly organized all of the documents and forms for status change and immigration matters accordingly. She had helped us throughout the documentation process with a reasonable offer, she may not be answering your email while everything is still in process, she’s a very to the point lady, we are very pleased with her service.
