This apartment is unlivable!! Huaisi Cen completely DROPPED the ball on doing the agreed upon walk through of my apartment. He gave me his word and did NOT keep his word. I moved to Manhattan from 13 hours away and Huaisi gave his word that he would do the move in inspection on my behalf prior to my getting here. He checked the paint job and that is IT!
