Compassionate and caring! Knowledgeable! Answered ALL my questions! Receptionist also wonderful, put me on a wait list and got me in to see Dr Chen sooner! I’m very happy with this office.
dr. chen may be helpful and do her job well. Her office staff is a nightmre. They dont return calls promptly, you cant reach the office everything goes thru their answering service, god forbid its urgent...
She has helped my wife reduce her epilepsy episodes.
Dr. Chen herself was very nice. Though whoever handles the call and voicemails failed to follow up with the message I left for my aunt’s prescription refill. When I called back the next day at 4:55p, their office was already closed and the call center refused to help with any prescription request. She refused to call the doctor. Pure neglecting. I believe these people stop caring so they should just close down their business.
