I feel the need to write them a review because i have consistently granted good care by Dr. Hua and his staff for a few years now. He has great bedside manner and explains things in a very efficient and concise way. The staff is very kind and also efficient especially facilitating records and emails. They were also very quick resolving my issues with the pharmacy or any inquiry i had along with my visits or any pother day. I hate giving bad reviews but this place is poorly run. The staff are very nice but the management should reconsider scheduling 7+ people in 1 hr. I've worked in multiple offices and they have block systems with a max of only 2 people for physicals/30min, blood work, and other fast appointments can be squeezed in here and there. They're also seen based on appointment times.
