Really disappointed in the technician that came out Saturday . Was friendly on the phone but as soon as he showed up really didn't want to help with anything besides flipping the breaker on and off. He just told us what to check and never once offered to perform the work or provided a quote ( which we would have gladly paid to restore electricity to the majorityof our downstairs) .
