Would not recommend to anyone. He was my father’s dr for a couple of years. From what I was told, he never looked at them in the eyes, was always in his computer. My mom would have to reiterate my dad’s health history (which is complicated) every time they went like it was their first appointment. Then he wouldn’t even let them fully explain and would be upset if they couldn’t remember a date etc. He had poor bed side manner. Dear staff, 🛑 STOP 🛑 putting patients on hold, and then completely forgetting about them. People like me are trying to get calls in on breaks, we don't have 20+ minutes (I've even had my phone on hold for AN HOUR before) to be on hold just to call back and find out you forgot we were on hold. This happens way too often in this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lu for over a decade, and I consistently find his services to be exceptional, supported by an outstanding staff.

+ 2 for the nonjudgmental overall patient experience...After over 8 years with a Primary Care Doctor who has the bedside manners of a Cactus, I was referred to Dr. Lu by a trusted RN... The difference is like night and day. I wasn't waiting for 15-20 minutes for him to appear, he asked questions that were relevant and actually Personally called me after hours to discuss a lab result concern. Just one visit and I am so happy to have waited almost 5 months to see him.
