Good location, kind staff; Night 1: No room clean (ok, normal now days), night 2: full room refresh; night 3: (odd b.c i expected no refresh since it was an off-night) but got full room fresh, left no towels in bathroom, but a half-set a set on the desk; I called down about the rest and informed "You can come down and get new towels in about 20 minutes" and no one available to send them up. The phone in my room did not work to be able to ring the front desk for help, the housekeeping staff forgot to replace my towels the first night of cleaning, and there were no extra blankets in the closet for the pull out sofa. The front desk staff were also kind of neutral— I had some bad experiences with a few cranky team members and encounters with others who were polite throughout my stay.
