The hotel is beautiful but the cleaning of the rooms could be much better. The surfaces in the room were very dusty, dust on headboard, doors, in corners just disgusting,hair in shower, and on toilet. Front desk service was great and professional.

Hotel location was great, easy walking distance to Beale St. and surrounds. Room was clean and very comfortable as well as being very spacious. Daily housekeeping was optional which suited us fine. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Staff were courteous and very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was available (limited but enough) for a great price $10usd. First, I booked a room and didn't get any email confirmation or anything. subsequently had to cancel my reservation but could not get a hold of anyone to actually cancel it and they charged me for the room even though I wasn't there. Two weeks later, I got another charge and I still can't get a hold of anyone. Now have to dispute the claims on my credit card. Terrible.

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I was eager to experience this establishment in downtown Memphis, given its proximity to Beale Street and several appealing restaurants. However, I must advise against purchasing their $10.00 breakfast; in my experience, hotels charging significantly less have provided far superior breakfast options.
