It's a horrible place to work for.Toxic environment for employees.the operations manager has his people who don't do their jobs.This is a bad place to work period!
So I'm at my dentist yesterday and one of tools they use is leaking all over me! I asked the dental technician what the heck was going on? She said they called their Hu-Friedy rep but they don't do anything about it. Awful customer service.
Greatly disappointed in Hu-Friedy. Purchased my instruments less than a year ago and my ultrasonic tips are leaking, sent them back as they were under warranty. I did not hear back from them for weeks. I finally contacted them through their customer service line and did not receive a response for a couple days later.
