It’s always nerve wracking to leave your boat and say “I’m not sure what’s wrong”. After a week, HTX found the issue and made it a great experience. They ran the boat on the water to properly assess the issue and informed me all along the way of what they were seeing. No hidden charges or fees. Excited to have a service department to trust going forward.
Brought my boat to them to get an estimate for an insurance claim. The team at the service center was great. They communicated regularly and clearly. They may have convinced me to move to team Master Craft. Keep up the great work!
