Just recently called to inquire about a title for a vehicle my fiancée and I finished paying off months ago. The guy on the other end of the line started getting belligerent and began cussing me out. Our 2012 Dodge 3500 was purchased from their Long Point Rd location, however that location's permanently closed. Still waiting on title information, but we won't do business with such rude and inconsiderate folks again.

I keep seeing updates temp licenses on my neighbors cars. They are fresh but I'm sure illegal.

Don't do it. Single mom in need of a vehicle. This was a 8000 traverse deal with 3000 down. Listed wrong w a cam and stereo. So I was given that. Car was not "serviced" as thought of once purchased was sent back for repairs, then told it was ok...sensors continued showing engine check ...they told me nothing to worry about. Posting on behalf of my husband. We traded a charger in AUGUST of 2020. They still have not paid off the vehicle we traded in (as of Dec 2020), we are getting nonstop calls from the bank and many visits to our house..not to mention his big credit dip..
