Dr. Latt was rude this time around. He was not professional nor did he show any empathy after I called him out. Shame on you Dr. Latt for being so negative, but I'm not surprised since it was his last day with Methodist.
Dr. Latt is very cordial, attentive, thorough and professional. Very caring individual. Addressed all my concerns.
