I had a great experience with their service. I contacted them on Thursday regarding NBN, and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She promptly arranged for an electrician to come for a quotation on Saturday morning. Steve arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend their service and will definitely reach out to them again if needed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Unsafe Work and Zero Accountability If I could give Stephen Murphy Electrical zero stars, I would. They installed an oven at my parents' home (see receipt attached as proof), and their shoddy workmanship led to a small fire in the fuse box, which completely burnt out the electrical circuit in the house. I called about 4 companies before speaking with Holly, the job was not urgent but needed to be done in the next day or two. I was promised to call back which I received and was given a time when the contractor would attend the property. Sam arrived on time, had a quick look at what needed to be done and got on with the job quickly and quietly cleaned up after he finished as well which was good to see with highly recommend this company. Bonus, they were also very good value with regards to the cost.

Lost power to the house due to a contractor digging error (Muppet) and cut the main power cable to the property. Phoned my electrical contacts but none could not help me and without power and with kids needing their damn devices and wide who couldn't use the hair dryer I was desperate LOL......... When I made the booking I was told that someone would contact me after 9:00am. I told the person it would need to be the morning as I had commitments in the afternoon and that was acknowledged. I waited all morning and heard nothing, finally I had to go to work. I received a call from the electrician later in the afternoon asking if I was home.
