Yao really helped us out when another company not only came late, but said they couldn’t clean our dryer vent (had to go on the roof). Yao was out the next day, fixed it perfectly and on time. Great dryer vent clean out service
Yao did a great job for my house dryer vent duct in the crawlspace. He showed up on time, despite bad weather today. He did very timely communication ahead of time, and carefully diagnose our issue, being very patient explaining the problems and solutions to me. He did careful job replacing the broken pipes, and cleaning. I highly recommend Yao and will request Yao for routine maintenance. Thanks!
