One of your employees has been saying derogatory words towards multiple woman, and has now threaten to hurt me physically. I will keep calling HR until this is settled because i do not take any of this lightly. He already has a list of charges against him and I wouldn’t put it past him to actually hurt me. I have screenshots with times, dates, and names. If my employee were threatening someone and using racial slurs-they’d be out of a job so fast. I have left two messages to HR. I've been working here since April of 2021 and have had no issues with this company. As long as you don't call in or are late, you will most likely earn a raise after 90 days and they also have great benefits. They have an employer matched 401K as well as a profit sharing bonus. They offer 10+ holidays and a week of vacation after 90 days and 1 week after a year and 2 weeks after 2 years. They also do cookouts and have food delivered during certain recognition periods.
