HTS services do business like third world country. They scammed you with a lower price to get your business and as soon. Your container is closed to the destination, then they asked you to pay more and if you refuse, they threatened to withhold your release paperwork. I have never seen such a business model like this. Be warned and take your business somewhere else.

Put stuff in th car worth of 3k$. All were stolen at their ware house. No one answering the phone they didn’t take any responsibility about it . All have an attitude I would not ship a shoe with them not a car.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from your company. My cargo was delayed and handled poorly, and I did not receive proper updates or support from customer service. Shipping reliability and clear communication are very important, and unfortunately, both were lacking in this experience and over charging a lot I wished I didn’t ship with this company….I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future customers.
