I am writing to share my recent experience with Green Heating & Air, which has been quite frustrating and disappointing. Today marks the 32nd day without consistent heat during some of the coldest days I can remember. I witnessed one of this company’s trucks with license plate BW11003 driving extremely dangerously on the highway. The driver was speeding well over the limit and tailgating other vehicles. This behavior is aggressive and puts everyone on the road at serious risk. For a professional driver operating a large commercial vehicle, this is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge the company to address this immediately and ensure their drivers follow safe driving practices.
