I am so amazed and impressed with the level of skill and quality that HTR Basements provides. My basement is beyond amazing and the customer service is top notch. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great quality that will meet your budget. The bonus they finish on time and no delays from start to finish.
Our finished Basement flooded and we hired HTR to help refinish our basement. Alex was very quick to respond to me and was very detailed on how the process would work. The team worked quickly, were a minimal disruption, and were easy to collaborate with on colours/designs etc. We are very happy with the work, the timeline, and the price, and would hire HTR again.
We worked with HTR basements a year ago and had a mediocre experience at best. Working with Alex was a combination of pulling teeth and working with a temper tantruming toddler. He is the kind of person who is never wrong and will go out of his way to never admit faults, blaming the client. There were countless errors none of which he would take responsibility for, instead going around in circles and threatening to stop work (and often doing so just to prove a point and back us into a corner). I wanted to finish my basement and have contacted few contractor to see the basement and give me a quotation and ideas. At the end I decided to go with HTR for several reasons.
