Stay away from the HTP Phoenix 199 water heater. I replaced a 30 year old working AO Smith boiler and water tank in a laundromat with the HTP 199. It only lasted 4 1/2 years before springing an irreparable leak. HTP certainly knows what it's doing offering only a 3 year warranty.

We have a 2020 era ELU in a rental of ours. After years of flawless service it had an issue that wasn’t even a part they made, the pump had intermittent issues that was difficult to troubleshoot. Tech support went above and beyond to help get this resolved and were very friendly to work with. Great customer support.

Would give 0 stars but it's not an option. Tried contacting tech support on model ELU-120WBN. After 49 minutes listening to the dreaded "music" a voice suddenly came on and said "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed". Frustrated, we call back and explain what happened. Put through on hold again and the recording tells us we are 4th in line. After holding for another eternity we leave a call back number. It is now almost end of day and no call back which means no answer for our customer who has no heating. Def... read more

Checked in at 8am. Its now 1:55 pm. This guy has been FaceTime with a lady that has been shopping since 1:10. Drivers avoid. Now I know why this place is closing in july.

I’m a plumber and use there products all the time they are the best!!! They last have no problems easy to install and have the best customer service!!!!
