“Jag, I made it up the hill!” (Inside joke) I am from Vancouver Island and had my vehicle break down on New Year’s Eve in Burnaby while visiting family for the holidays. I called HTP Auto and while Jas (the owner) was away he had his friend Jag running the shop. I had such a pleasant experience with Jag and all the staff rushing to get parts and fixing my van over a weekend so I could get home.
