I worked with both Alan and Tom on getting these seats and had an awesome experience. Alan answered all my questions promptly prior to ordering and then Tom took over and kept me well informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. We ordered the Clark seats and couldn’t be happier! These are great comfortable seats and exceeded our expectations in every way. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for theater seating!
Finally getting around to posting my review after a few weeks with these chairs. I purchased the HT Wavelands in a row of four with the loveseat curved configuration, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Ordered the Sheridan model and couldn't be happier. Super comfortable, very stylish. Friends & family love it. Process was very easy, Alan & his team were great at shipping in a timely fashion. Great follow-up communication as well. Would highly recommend.
I worked with Alan on my 5 Clark seats and had nothing but a positive experience. Communication was great, pricing was right on with other home theater seats (if not lower) and seats were delivered exactly when stated. I wish I could've made the trip to Chicago to physically sit in the seats, but maybe for my next purchase from HTmarket!
Bought 2 Warwick seats and am incredibly pleased with them! Good shipping, up to Canada, came packaged well. Great quality, and they're holding up nicely!
