The owner came to our house after we had a large water leak on January 21. He returned that Friday and told us we would have an estimate in a week or 2 tops. We contacted his office via phone and him personally via phone and text repeatedly with no response. No communication in 7 weeks and we waited one month to start calling him because we were trying to be patient. Have no idea what the work is like since he ghosted us.
