Great views of the lake. Easy access to walking trail and restaurants.
I'm not sure this hotel understands what customer service is and could benefit so much from fixing it. We had a 2 night stay with a baby. Prior to stay, nobody responded to our email regarding the availability of a crib in the room. We had to make 3 calls to try to figure out what kind of crib was available. It is your duty to call back and respond to the customer!
