Great location! Very clean. Awesome view from the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were super nice and helpful! Highly recommended.

It was good for what we needed, a budget friendly option close to where my family was staying. We just needed something clean and safe with running hot water and it was just that. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was mostly equipped, I wouldn't go so far as to say FULLY equipped. The staff was great, location was easily accessible and close to a lot of food places and a convenience store nearby. If I'm on a budget I'd gladly return there.
They tell you they pre-authorize your card, which is fine, except the property charged me $50 CAD/$36 US weeks before my arrival (instead of pre-authorizing). I booked this hotel through booking.com, ended up not staying at this hotel (and cancelled my stay well within the free cancellation period), but the $50 were never refunded and my message to them went unanswered as well. Do not recommend booking there.
We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but our room was already ready, which was great. The room had everything we needed utensils, pots, and other essentials. I stayed for one night with my dog. The location was excellent, just within walking distance of most tourist spots. Parking was underground and cost around $35+, a bit pricey but convenient though other hotels dont charge. The only downside was the $60 pet fee for our small dog (14 lbs).
