ATTENTION ALL DOG OWNERS. GREAT NEWS!!! DOGS ALLOWED IN THE DINING ROOM. Went for dinner with the family August 29th, indoors, and was surprised to see a dog dining inside the dinning area, not on the terrace as per bylaw. No, not a seeing eye dog. A regular, good old fashioned pet. Bring your labs, poodles, great danes and German shepherds. This joint is truly dog friendly.
Stayed here with a friend a few weeks ago, exceptional service from top to bottom and location cannot be beat in Tremblant. I'll concur with a previous review in that the sorbet at Restaurant Quintessence is quite possibly the best I've ever had, please keep it on the menu indefinitely.
Stayed for a week with my fiance and it was so lovely. The hotel is beautiful and all suites have a gorgeous view of the lake. Our room was huge and spacious with a fireplace (that we used in late July!) and an awesome soaker tub. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and the staff were all so helpful and accommodating. It was a quick 5 minute walk into the Mont Tremblant village, so you're close to everything. I can't wait to visit again!
L’hôtel est magnifique, mais le service à la clientèle nous a grandement déçus. Nous avions réservé avec une carte Visa que j’ai malheureusement perdue entre-temps. Un montant de 800 $ avait déjà été prélevé sur cette carte. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a tout de même demandé de payer la totalité du séjour sur une nouvelle carte, refusant de rembourser le montant déjà encaissé. Leur seule réponse a été de « voir avec Visa » pour tenter de récupérer la somme, ce que je trouve inacceptable pour un établissement cinq étoiles. ... read more
