Friendly and accommodating staff. Impeccable interior design in a beautiful historic building. Perfect location, situated within walking distance from train stations and historic sites. Breakfast was also very good. There was an issue with the radiators in our room making a gurgling noise, but staff were happy to move us to a larger and quieter room, which resolved the issue.
Stayed in a terrace suit for a weekend trip with my spouse. The room was luxurious and clean. Staff was helpful and attentive. They had umbrellas for us to borrow on a rainy day, and all the other essentials for our room. Staff and the atmosphere of the hotel made our stay feel so special. We would absolutely come back again!
