Es gibt allerdings drei Punkte, die uns ausgesprochen gestört haben. 1) Das Personal macht zum grossen Teil (den Valet-Parking-Verantwortlichen mal ausgenommen) einen sehr unprofessionellen, untrainierten, teilweise unfähigen Eindruck. I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gault. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was beautiful and spacious and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and productive stay. I especially appreciated the service Tachana provided, she was very warm, friendly, helpful and happy to answer all my questions. I look forward to coming back someday soon!
