Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment magnifique dans cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et prête à aider. On sent un vrai plaisir à accueillir les clients et cela fait toute la différence. Le professionnalisme est irréprochable, mais ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c’est la chaleur humaine et l’atmosphère familiale. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous du début à la fin. Quiet rooms and hotel with serene vibe on quiet street. Location was perfect for hitting all of the sights and attractions - most within walking distance. Very spacious rooms with extremely comfortable pillows and beds. Could have used more shelving near sink and luggage racks.

Outstanding customer service, I reported a minor shower issue to the front desk, and they upgraded my room within 30 minutes. The location is unbeatable, and the rooms are so quiet, tidy, and spacious.

I felt seen, heard, and special - especially with the welcome letter I found in my room when I arrived. I also appreciated the attention to details, everyone's friendliness, and the food and service. Thank you. I hope to return.
