We were a late check in, Serge, at the front desk was wonderful. He got us checked in quickly. The hotel, including the room was spotless. Highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any of hotel amenities as we were just passing through. The price was much less than other hotels. We were there on a Saturday of a long weekend.
Stayed here as it was a dog friendly hotel on the Montreal side of Quebec City. Room came with huge dog bed, treats and bowls for our buddy! Really nice touch. Shower towels were huge - a nice surprise. Overall the hotel is great, however there was a large group staying in the hotel which made a ton of noise in the early morning, which is frustrating given that the hotels dog policy - which I had to sign on check in, stated they would charge another $75 to my room if we received animal-related noise complaints.
