I love the customer service at the Pearland location! The tea is fabulous also!!!
I visited a location earlier today and attempted to purchase a small tea. The price listed on the huge monitor above the register says $2.65. However the cashier (when asked, said she was also the store manager) states the total is $3.24. She explains tax is the price difference. I inform her that’s more than tax included in the price. She attempts to explain it further to me and I see I’m being charged $2.99, not the listed price of $2.65 that’s clearly stated on the HUGE MONITOR above the register.
