Friendly fast service
Girl at the window was not friendly at ask and didn’t ask for my phone number or my app I almost forgot and when I remembered I asked for a receipt and she acted like it was an inconvenience.. worst customer service ever
Teas are delicious and staff is always courteous and helpful. We go there almost every day
I love my HTeaO so much we bought refillable Yeti tumblers and have enjoyed the 1/2 price refills all over Texas. Unfortunately this location does not honor thus policy. I'm disappointed in HTeaO corporate that this is not a standard practice . The manager could have given us a discount but only offered 15 cents off. Poor customer service. I will visit the other Waco location when traveling through again
My bf took me today for the first time! Love it! Has many options to choose from! Teas ain’t that sugary! Which is good! My fav is strawberry passion & sweet zero ✨
