Update 8/21/26: about 3 days ago I went back to the location, advise that the phone number did not work. Person stated manager was out to write down my contact information and they would get back with me... well still haven't heard anything. I'll just take my business elsewhere... PS. When the person was taking down my phone number in store to get my rewards they kept on putting the wrong number for the area code happened three more times. I did not speak fast I speak slow. The person at the window was very nice, I gave her my phone number three times however my points did not show up in my account. Lastly, the tea was not cold usually it's ice cold in the gallon felt like it's been sitting out for a few hours... This is disconcerting because it was dated yesterday because they date their tea three days out. ( Check by 17th ) That means it was bottled yesterday so either they left it out overnight or left it out for hours today...
