Had never been before. So the place is just a bunch of self serve iced tea? Staff didn’t seem interested in explaining what selections they had.
Excellent customer service and amazing tea. I can't get enough.
I’m a repeated customer since opening this location. I come in at least 4 times a week. Let me just say the Tea is AMAZING! However, today I walked in no greeting from anyone. This has been happening more than enough times lately. Not to mention I waited at the register drinking my tea till someone finally decided to come over and check me out. Staff is mostly friendly, they won't do custom gallons which is a bummer (not everyone enjoys their tea loaded with sugar). We were super excited when they opened about a year ago as it's 5 minutes from our home, but we still mostly only go to the Tomball location as they've always honored our requests, especially with "seasonal offerings". We now search out locations while traveling, but only go here about max of once a month.
