Ordered decaf unsweetened tea gallon for a meeting- had many compliments! Quick drive thru pick up after ordering on app.. friendly service! Love stopping by for my tea anytime!
HTeaO Southlake is amazing ! The flavors are true to their name without being too strong and still allowing the tea flavor to come through. The employees are always super friendly and polite. Fast too !
Nice customer service
First time trying the coffee, it was decent but I'll stick to the tea. I love the flavors and combinations you can create. It's a great concept and perfect place to find your favorite tea in Texas. Saw the flyer for $1 mini twa jugs! Will be back for these for sure! The staff at the Southlake location was super friendly.
Came in tonight 3/11 thinking it would be better than Grapevine. I was wrong. Poor customer service and employees seeming as if they did not want to be there. Hopefully the stores get back on track to where they used to be. Disappointed to say the least.
