This is seriously the best HTeaO I’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly and not to mention the store is always so clean!! Lacey the store manager is always so helpful and bubbly it makes me want to come back every day!!! Never once had a bad experience!!! Thank you HTeaO!!!
Good staff that are always smiling and seem happy to help, and the tea is always delicious.
We love HTeaO and go there weekly. The manager however is a reason we stopped going as much. She is rude, no personality and does not care about customers. She wouldn't even let us have sample cups or fill our dog water bottle with water, WATER that costs nothing to make, nor would she let us pay for the water. We bought teas and the girls have always let us get some water for the dogs since they know we walk down there to get them some exercise. Came to buy a few gallons of tea for teacher appreciation wk and will not do it again. First argument was they wouldn’t give us 10 cups for the tea ok so we had to pay for the whole sleeve of cups and then Lacy manager would not give us lids or straws to go with them. I’m so frustrated they have given them to us before with no problems at all. She says “there’s no button to sell lids and straws” guess we should have just walked in and grabbed em for the cups we paid for.👎 no more Shawnee location for us…
