Came to buy a few gallons of tea for teacher appreciation wk and will not do it again. First argument was they wouldn’t give us 10 cups for the tea ok so we had to pay for the whole sleeve of cups and then Lacy manager would not give us lids or straws to go with them. I’m so frustrated they have given them to us before with no problems at all. She says “there’s no button to sell lids and straws” guess we should have just walked in and grabbed em for the cups we paid for.👎 no more Shawnee location for us…
So many flavors so little time! It is always a delight to stop at HTeaO whether hitting the Drive-thru or heading inside. The store is amazingly clean and the staff is incredibly friendly.
I’ve been going to the Shawnee store since it opened. Been there enough to have had almost a dozen free gallon of tea from points. Not counting the free large or huge teas either. And I don’t plan on not going there. Or any other HTeaO. Keep it up guys!
