In our opinion, we didn't like that we got caught in a sort of false advertising with this place. We were about to get our drinks and use the app for the first time after a couple days since you get a free drink as long as you have the app. Once we came inside (which was the only option because they didn't let us sample the drink we wanted since it was drive thru), we were told we don't have an option to redeem the very free reward we had through the email confirmation. The tea is always amazing and the staff is so so sweet. We always have great service. I saw they have coffee as an option I believe newer to the menu. Got the Liquid Gold coffee and was super disappointed. This tasted like something you can make yourself at a gas station also so overly milky. I’d recommend sticking to Tea!
Been to this location a few times and the tea is always consistent. Staff are very friendly and there is nothing better than a nice cold iced tea on a hot summer day.
