love the different flavors of tea. my go to is the mint tea. usually go during happy hour.
I really like HTeaO, but unfortunately, this location has been disappointing. Every time we visit, the staff doesn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. When we’re filling multiple gallons of water, no one offers to help carry them out. Other HTeaO locations have carts available, which makes a big difference. I’ve actually stopped getting my daily tea from this location because of the customer service. I hope management will work with the staff on being a little more welcoming.
