Very disappointing experience. I was already home when I realized they forgot to give me one of my orders. Staffs were more focused on laughing and chatting than paying attention to customers. They kept mixing up orders, and to make things worse, they completely forgot one of mine, which forced me to make another trip. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of focus and care for customers is unacceptable. I hope they improve their service and take orders more seriously.
My absolute favorite place to visit. Staff is always friendly with a smile, and the drinks are always amazing. Try the Georgia Peach Sweet. TAKE MY MONEY!
Been coming here for years! I love the variety of teas and customizations! Their pistachio latte is also way better than some top competitors. The employees are patient and helpful too! 10/10 would recommend.
Went to go try there new matcha drinks and the server was nice and answered any questions i had but drove off and got home to try it took a sip and got a chunk of matcha in my mouth. I checked the bottom of the cup and there were lots of chunks of the matcha that wasn’t mixed well at the bottom.
