The staff is so friendly and inviting, and the Tea is AMAZING!!
My husband and I live on the East Coast so when I saw a video on social media I assumed we would never have the chance to try ANY HTeaO but to our amazement we were visiting family in Oklahoma and just so happen to be passing the Ponca City location! The staff at this location were absolutely amazing and described how everything works and chatted with us about our trip and the fact that we love sweet tea but don't have a HTeaO close to home! The tea is fantastic but the service is always amazing. In a world where most fast food/drink locations act like it’s a terrible inconvenience to even smile they all make sure to say hello and give you a smile.
They have never taken more than 60 seconds to get me my drink. They are better value for the money than any other drink stop and far better at getting my order right. 50oz for under $5! Lighting fast and very friendly service. Love them!!
