I love HTeaO! Great flavors, caffeinated or not, sweetened or not, mix and match. When I'm thirsty i try to find an HTeaO. This location is always clean, has the best staff.
This location would not let me fill my own personal cup. I told them I would pay the same price I would pay if I was purchasing a new cup of the same size in the store, but they said it was against policy. The website states customers can bring in their own cups and some locations even encourage it by offering a discount. This store's policy makes no sense. They would prefer I add another plastic cup into the ocean instead of allowing me to refill a cup.
I love love HTeo tae. They have one of the best varieties.
Management needs to properly train their staff on customer service, basic professionalism, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines regarding service animals. My girlfriend had only ever been through the HTeaO drive-thru before, so this was our first time actually walking into a location. Because of that, we weren't even looking for a sign and genuinely missed the "no pets" notice on the door.
