Love this place! Great drinks and good prices.
First time to this location, terrible service. Cashier stated would have to pay before scanning rewards, never happened anywhere else and insisted on taking phone inside the drive thru window ‘because it works better inside’ also never happened before at other locations and huge privacy concern for me. Didn’t even scan the rewards and attempted to close window as I called out for a receipt. Scan rewards myself. Voice inflections are not questions, use your words.
Unable to cancel online app order when app explicitly says to call the store. Store could not do refund and has no way of doing it, so I’m out the amount since it’s one the other side of the city. Terrible app and customer service experience .
