Carry your own sweetener or don't order online here. They don't mind charging a chunk for tea, but you get there and they don't have the sweetener you ordered. You find out when you get there.
Good customer service and the team always ready and cold
Amazing tea
This location really frustrates me. They open at 7 AM on weekdays and I go in there 1-2 times per week around 8:15. Almost every time I go in, they do not have all of their teas out for self serve including the ones I want. How are you open for over an hour and don’t have all of your product out, and have it happen multiple times? There are 3 other locations within five miles of this one who never seem to have that problem.
Tasty tea at a great price with fantastic service.
