While I love HTeaO, the one in Greenwood seems to be subpar. More times than none, I’ll order my favorite Texas Chai sweet tea and notice it taste as if it’s been sitting for some time or never changed out from the previous day.
6/17/25 Horrible attitude on young girl at the window. Also missing some common sense. Total was $3.67. Gave her $10.67 and she said “the total is only $3.67”. I said yes. She said you gave me $10.67. I said yes again. She gave me a blank stare then said oh you want change huh. I said yes. She then just hung her hand out of the window shaking my change at me. This place is great at the right time. Staff is awesome and always cheerful. But today there were 10 kids and it was overwhelming. But usually is awesome. Pink lemonade can be sour so be aware.
