This place is simply amazing. The tea is exceptional however, the service is even more amazing. The staff is truly awesome, they make the tea taste even better. All of the staff are truly great, hard working young adults with smiles on their faces. Visiting this location is truly the highlight of my day. Truly the best service!!!
I love the drinks the ice. It is always clean and my points accumulate quickly. The are community involved.
The drinks are okay but they could stand to clean the surfaces around the dispensers and the counters where the lids and straws are more often. The staff are typically friendly but not very helpful. My biggest complaint is about their loyalty program; they send me emails all the time telling me that I'm close to earning a reward, but never say what it takes to earn a reward.
