Went in for one drink but because it was like 10 mins before close, they said they had already counted the register and refused to take my cash for the drink and I didn’t have my cards with me, So after driving there I left with no drink and not enough time to get to another location. I work in the food service industry and it’s bad business to refuse cash payments just to save 3 extra minutes to adjust the cash in the drawer. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had at these location.
My wife was visiting from out of town and this is her fave spot when we are in town seeing family. She went in maybe 10 minutes before close and was not greeted or even looked at until she asked where the tea bag packets were. She's always loved the tea but anyways she was out before closing time either way & also bought $30 worth of tea. You're welcome? Thanks?
