I have been to this location many times I love this place but this time the young lady that handed me my 3 drinks was rude as heck. I didn't get her name she had blond hair and appeared to maybe pregnant. Im an over the road truck driver so I've had my share of rude people So I order 2 huge teas different flavors of course and when I got to the window I asked her could she add a gallon of half and half mint tea...she looked at me like I pissed her off and she hated me asking her to do her job. I almost fell because my slide on shoe got stuck to the ground because the floors were so sticky! That has never happened to me in my life! I told the cashier and she said, “it’s a tea place, there’s nothing we can do”. YES! You can MOP the floors before someone hurts themselves!!! This particular franchise location has gone down hill in the last year!
Great varieties of teas and they all taste good! Love going for happy hour 2pm-4pm and you can't beat the price!
Used to love coming here now they take forever and the girls at the window are rude and act like I’m bothering them. I have to force them to put in my points. They all look like they hate their jobs and voices sound
