I did an online order for yall special the Thanksgiving 4 for 20 and they gave me the wrong once they are way completely different then what I order whats the point of having a app and tall dont give out the rite order of what I ordered.i will not be going back this was a waist of money couldn't even give me a call and let me know maybe they where out of what i ordered.
Happy hour is from 2-4pm went to get a tea at 3:51 and still got charged full price
I have been to this location many times I love this place but this time the young lady that handed me my 3 drinks was rude as heck. I didn't get her name she had blond hair and appeared to maybe pregnant. Im an over the road truck driver so I've had my share of rude people So I order 2 huge teas different flavors of course and when I got to the window I asked her could she add a gallon of half and half mint tea...she looked at me like I pissed her off and she hated me asking her to do her job. I almost fell because my slide on shoe got stuck to the ground because the floors were so sticky! That has never happened to me in my life! I told the cashier and she said, “it’s a tea place, there’s nothing we can do”. YES! You can MOP the floors before someone hurts themselves!!! This particular franchise location has gone down hill in the last year!
