My wife and I have been going to HTEAO on almost a weekly basis for the better part of 2 years and have yet to disappoint!
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with.
I miss clicked on the wrong store to pick up at. I called immediately to ask if the order could be canceled so I could replace the order to the correct store. The lady told me no. There’s nothing that can be done. She was SO rude. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I spend too much money EVERYDAY at this company. I did not get my tea. I can not drive to that location. And they “could NOT cancel the cup of TEA AND REFUND ME” I have never heard of a COMPANY UN ABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THEY PAID... read more

I did an online order for yall special the Thanksgiving 4 for 20 and they gave me the wrong once they are way completely different then what I order whats the point of having a app and tall dont give out the rite order of what I ordered.i will not be going back this was a waist of money couldn't even give me a call and let me know maybe they where out of what i ordered.
